COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

Block out your calendar and come for as much of the experience as you can because the magic of See Change tends to happen outside of the sessions. Immerse yourself in the entire experience to fully contribute to and gain from our philosophy of change.


RSVP FOR SESSIONS & YOUR CONTENT TRACK

  • Sched: You’ll get an invite email from Sched to register for sessions. If you don’t have an account already, you’ll need to create one to RSVP for sessions. If you already have an account, you just need to sign into See Change Sessions | September 2024.

  • Content Tracks: Each track features a curated group of ~50 participants who engage in immersive, iterative sessions centered on a key topic. Since sessions build on each other, participants are expected to attend all sessions within their track.

    • The Placemaking & Packaging tracks for the September sessions has reached capacity. Please fill out this form to express your interest in attending future events.


WHAT DOES THE ITINERARY LOOK LIKE?

To RSVP for sessions and to see your track-specific schedule, you must create your Sched account. Here is an example of what the flow of your day will look like at See Change. It’s an album, not a single. Stick around!


NAVIGATING BURLINGTON AIRPORT

If you’re flying — be prepared — the Burlington airport is small. Uber/Lyfts are often unavailable or have lengthy wait times, especially during off-peak hours. Taxis tend to prefer cash. Please plan accordingly. 


GETTING THERE

Adventure Day: Tuesday, September 17th 

  • All attendees will be shuttled to the top-secret Adventure Day location.

  • You must RSVP to your desired pickup location through Sched.

Session Days at Hula: Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th

  • Wednesday, September 18 shuttles:

    • Shuttles will run per the times + locations below:

      • 7:00AM–8:15AM: Partner Hotels → Hula 

      • 6:15PM–7:15PM: Hula → Spot on The Dock (Dinner Location)

      • 8:00PM–9:15PM: Spot on The Dock (Dinner Location) → Partner Hotels

  • Thursday, September 19 shuttles:

    • Shuttles will run per the times + locations below:

      • 7:00AM–8:15AM: Partner Hotels → Hula 

      • 7:00PM–8:15PM: Hula → Partner Hotels

WHERE IS HULA, & HOW DO I ENTER ITS BEHEMOTH BUILDING?

Hula's address is 50 Lakeside Ave, Burlington, VT 05401. The main entrance is  ‘Building 50’ on the south (Lakeside Avenue) side of the building. The doors to Hula will be unlocked from 7 AM to 8:30 PM.


PARKING

Attendees must park in the offsite lot of 125 Lakeside Avenue which is a 5-minute walk from the main venue. To get a better idea of how and where to park, see the map here. Register your license plate and use the code SCVISITOR924 for discounted parking. 


WHAT TO BRING (above & beyond the usual!) 

  • Comfortable clothing for activities like yoga

  • Base layers 

  • Jacket and/or rain jacket

  • Extra socks

  • Hat

  • Waterproof & warm shoes/boots

  • Bathing suit

  • Water bottle


MEALS

HOW DO I GET TO HULA FROM MY HOTEL?

Sessions Day 1: Shuttles will run per the times + locations below: 

  • 7:00AM–8:15AM: Partner Hotels → Hula 

  • 6:15PM–7:15PM: Hula → Spot on The Dock (Dinner Location)

  • 8:00PM–9:15PM: Spot on The Dock (Dinner Location) → Partner Hotels

Sessions Day 2: Shuttles run between our partner hotels (Courtyard Marriott & Hotel VT) and Hula from 7:00AM–8:15AM and again from 7:00PM–8:15PM.


DO I HAVE TO CHECK IN BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT?

Yes! Check-in will take place in the channel at Hula starting at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19. Please bring a valid photo ID.


IS THERE A SPOT TO SHOWER / CHANGE BETWEEN THE ADVENTURES + EVENT?

Inside Hula there is a small gym (Fortify Fitness) with showers and a locker room available for your use.


WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to defer your pass to our next flagship event.
